Grupo Barosa
Odoo 18 Enterprise ERP in production on a codebase of more than 100 addons — our own, third-party and OCA community. Manufacturing, bills of materials and production orders, from procurement to delivery.

We build your product, strengthen your team and automate the work you do by hand. Python, web, mobile, ERP and applied AI.
Who we work with
If you recognise yourself in any of them, write to us. If you are not sure which one is yours, write anyway.
Your data lives in five places, nobody knows which one is right, and everything gets typed in twice. We replace that with software shaped around how you actually work.
You know what to build and who it is for. What you lack is the team to build it without burning six months on architecture decisions.
The roadmap has stalled and hiring takes months. We step into your repositories, your rituals and your tools, with no warm-up period.
Someone on your team copies data between systems, checks invoices or sorts email. That is time you can get back in full.
What we do
We do not outsource the core. What we build, we understand.
Python, Django and DRF. Data modelling, background processing with Celery, PostgreSQL and documented REST APIs.
React, Angular and TypeScript. Mobile apps with Ionic and Capacitor, publishable to the stores from a single codebase.
Language and vision model integration: data extraction from documents, classification, and assistants connected to your own data.
Odoo 18 Enterprise. Custom modules, model inheritance, QWeb views, access control and deployment on Odoo.sh.
We connect the systems you already use: webhooks, payment gateways, third-party APIs and automated flows with n8n.
Docker, nginx, CI/CD, backups and monitoring. What we set up stays running, and with someone to maintain it.
How we work
Fixed scope and fixed price agreed before we start. We deliver in weekly increments you can try, not as one final handover you know nothing about until the last day.
A senior engineer embedded in your team: your repositories, your code reviews, your meetings. By the month and with no lock-in. You set the direction, we execute.
That is where the name comes from: Cinkit, from think it. And it is what keeps the budget from drifting halfway through.
A 30-minute call to understand the problem. If you do not need software, we say so on that call.
Scope, timeline and fixed price in writing. No padded hours, no surprise change requests.
Weekly releases into your repository. You see real progress every week, not a status report.
We deploy, document and hand it over. If you want, we keep maintaining it.
Delivered work
Everything here runs today and we maintain it ourselves. Our own products are open for you to check.

Unified Django backend for their virtual reality applications: authentication, state synchronisation across devices and shared services exposed as REST APIs, keeping state consistent across every headset.
Custom Odoo ERP, in production. Modules adapted to their manufacturing and product management operation.

We built them from scratch, with real users, payments and our own infrastructure. That is what makes us decide differently on a client project: we know what it costs to maintain what gets delivered.
Point of sale and management for hospitality: sales terminal, admin panel and mobile application on a single backend. In production with real venues.
Expense and income management for taxi drivers. Photograph a receipt and a vision model extracts amount, date and description, with nothing typed in. A concrete case of AI in production, not a demo. Web and mobile on a single backend.
gettaxy.comSeveral applications on a single account, a shared design system and one infrastructure: centralised authentication, Stripe subscriptions and independent deployment per application. It is the kind of architecture you need once a product stops being a single app.
What we set up for you, we already run ourselves: more than 15 Docker services on our own server, nginx as a reverse proxy with managed certificates, internal automations and automatic backups of five PostgreSQL databases.
Team experience
Before Cinkit, the team built software for these organisations while working at a consultancy. They are not our clients: they are the reason we know how to do this.
Frequently asked
Cinkit is new; the engineering is not. The team has spent more than seven years building software, including critical backend work for public administration. Everything we have delivered is still in production, and part of it you can open right now from the work section.
The code sits in your repository from day one, not ours. If we stopped tomorrow you would keep everything built so far, documented, and any other team could carry on without depending on us. We do not work with artificial dependencies.
It depends on the scope, and we are not going to invent a list price for something we do not know yet. The process is: a short call, a written proposal with scope and fixed price, and you decide. We do not charge for that first conversation or for the proposal.
Yes, and it is probably the best way to start. In that case we do not sell you a fixed project: we give you a senior engineer who joins your repositories, your code reviews and your meetings. You set the priorities.
That is exactly what the first conversation is for. Sometimes the answer is a two-day automation rather than a three-month project, and sometimes it is that you do not need software at all. When that is the case, we will tell you.
We do, if you want us to. We run our own infrastructure and our clients', so maintenance is not an add-on we subcontract. And if you would rather keep it in-house, we hand it over documented and deployable.
Yes, remotely and with clients inside and outside Spain. We work in English and Spanish.
The call, this week. The start date depends on our load at the time, and we tell you honestly in the proposal: we would rather say we start in three weeks than say tomorrow and deliver late.
