Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use cinkit.com and why. It applies to this website only: the services we run on other domains have their own policies.
1. Who the controller is
- Controller
- [Legal name of the holder]
- Tax ID
- [NIF / DNI]
- Address
- [Postal address]
- Contact email
- hello@cinkit.com
2. What we collect
Only what you give us voluntarily through the contact form or by emailing us:
- Name
- Email address
- Company, situation and indicative budget, when you choose to provide them (these fields are optional)
- The content of the message you write
We do not collect anything automatically. This site uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no advertising networks.
3. What we use it for
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, to continue the commercial conversation you started: preparing a proposal, scheduling a call and following up.
We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given explicitly by ticking the checkbox on the form before sending it (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Once the relationship moves towards a specific engagement, the basis becomes pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your message for the duration of the conversation and, afterwards, for a maximum of two years, in case you get back in touch. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the data is kept for the statutory tax and commercial retention periods that apply.
You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
6. Who else has access
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The only parties with access are:
- Our email provider, as a processor, by virtue of the message travelling by email.
- Our own server infrastructure, which we manage ourselves and which does not involve transferring the data to a third party.
No international transfers outside the European Economic Area take place beyond any that the email provider above may entail.
7. Storage in your browser
If you manually pick a language in the switcher, we store that preference in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so we do not have to ask again. It is a technical value, it identifies nobody, it is never sent to any server, and you can clear it from your browser settings. It is not a cookie and does not require prior consent.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To do so, simply email hello@cinkit.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
9. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, and we limit access to those who need it in order to reply.
10. Changes to this policy
If we amend this policy we will update the date shown at the top of the page. Substantial changes will be communicated to anyone with an active relationship with us.
